ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Daniel Sosnovskij ("we," "us" or "our") concerning your access to and use of the datelink mobile application (the “App”).

1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT

1.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use datelink.
1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for all activities under your account.
1.3. One Account Policy: Multi-accounting is prohibited.

2. APP FEATURES & FUNCTIONALITY

2.1. Swiping & Matching: Matches occur only upon mutual likes.
2.2. Location-Based Services: The App uses your geolocation to show relevant profiles.
2.3. AR Vision & Safety: Locations are obfuscated ("fuzzed") by a random offset for safety.

3. APPLE MUSIC & MEDIA INTEGRATION

3.1. MusicKit: The App integrates with Apple Music to display your top songs.
3.2. Authorization: By connecting Apple Music, you grant the App read-only access.
3.3. No Modification: The App will not modify your Apple Music library data.

4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

4.1. Apple App Store: All purchases are processed securely via Apple's IAP system.
4.2. Finality of Sales: All purchases are final.
4.3. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

5. USER CONDUCT & CONTENT (ZERO TOLERANCE)

5.1. Prohibited Content: You may not generate illegal or offensive content.
5.2. Zero Tolerance: We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for abusive users.
5.3. Reporting & Blocking: You agree that you will report any user violating these rules.
5.4. Action: We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these terms.

6. APPLE REQUIRED LEGAL PROVISIONS

6.1. Apple Disclaimer: You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation to furnish support services.
6.2. Warranty: In the event of failure, you may notify Apple for a refund.
6.3. Product Claims: datelink, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims.
6.4. Intellectual Property Rights: datelink, not Apple, is responsible for IP claims.
6.5. Legal Compliance: You represent you are not in a US-embargoed country.
6.6. Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION & LEGAL HOLD

7.1. Account Termination: You may terminate your account at any time.
7.2. Legal Hold Notice: We retain specific data for 12 months for legal compliance.

We use facial geometry data solely for verification. It is processed locally and not stored. Licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Biometric data is processed locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to external servers for analysis.

To provide the service and enforce our Terms of Service.

6. THIRD-PARTY SHARING

We do not sell your data. We share data only with Apple, Cloud Providers, and Legal Authorities.

7. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

We retain data only as long as your account is active or required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your data.
